Originally from the suburbs of Chicago, Huebner has been making drinks since before he was old enough to step behind a bar. Since graduating from Columbia College Chicago in 2009 with a degree in Creative Writing, he has been honing his skills behind some of the cities most well known watering holes. He values the versatility he has gained through working in a wide variety of bar and restaurant environments. In the spring of 2016 he joined the 16" On Center group, spending a few months behind the bar at MONEYGUN before heading up the alcoholic beverage program at the brand new Revival Café-Bar.
